How to create a professional dossier
An artistic dossier is much more than a document: it's your introduction, your sales pitch, and the first impression many programmers, festivals, or cultural institutions will have of your project. That’s why it needs to be not only well-crafted, but also strategically designed . Its purpose is to clearly communicate what your project is, why it matters, and what it needs in order to be presented. It should answer a central question: Why does my project deserve to be seen? What should it include? There’s no single formula, but there are some essential elements that should always be there: Project description Short, clear, and free of unnecessary jargon.
